31-1/4" wingspan, 42-3/4" long, 242 sq. in. wing area, 23 oz. flying weight. All molded foam construction pre-built and decorated. Final assembly can be completed in under an hour with the included epoxy glue. Airplane includes 5 pre-wired servos, landing gear with steerable nose wheel, 2 ducted fans with brushed 400 class motors, and a 30 amp speed control. All pre-installed, there is no soldering required. A 4-channel full range 72mHz radio system is included, only 8-AA batteries need to be installed (sold separately). The 6 channel micro receiver is pre-installed and ready for use. Power is supplied by the included 3-cell 1800 mAh LiPoly battery. Charge your flight batteries at home in about an hour with the included 120-volt wall plug-in Lithium charger. For recharging your Lithium pack at the flying field order charger ETC2500 and adapter BAT220. The jet's ground handling is excellent, steer the nose into the breeze and advance the throttle, the jet will be airborne from a smooth flying surface in 50-75 feet. The jet has moderate speed and will perform loops, rolls, inverted flight, but then will slow beautifully to float in for a soft landing or a touch and go. Flight times are over 10 minutes. This jet is a great introduction to ducted fan flight and is easy enough to fly even for a less experienced pilot.

Airplane flies well at 2/3 throttle but when you open the throttle to full the speed increase is huge. Airplane is easy to hand-launch with excellent slow speed handling. Open up the throttle and really get moving. Performs inside and outside loops, crisp rolls and tight turns with plenty of power for steep climbs. Hollow molded foam construction with a toughened external layer to resist dings. Ground contact areas are covered in plastic for wear. Wing is removable for transport and access to the ducted fan unit. Ailerons are pre-hinged and pushrods come pre-installed. Fuselage is one piece with internal ducting pre-done. Battery access is through canopy hatch. Includes waterslide decals for five versions and glue. Controls are Aileron, Elevator and Throttle.

Clear written instructions speed you through the assembly. Model is easily hand launched and anyone with aileron flying experience can fly this model. Flight times with the brushless motor and lithium batteries is in excess of 10 minutes. Waterslide decals in a variety of German markings are included. Controls are aileron, elevator and speed control.

Alfa Model MIG-15 Electric Ducted Fan RC Jet

29-1/2" wingspan, 29" long, 198 sq. in. wing area, 16.5 oz. flying weight. We were astounded with the performance of this jet. Equipped as we recommend, the model has enough power to ROG (rise off grass) by sliding on its belly, climb at a remarkable rate and simply tear up the sky. Outside loops are possible and inside loops from level flight are large and easily done. Very broad speed range, streaks by on high speed passes yet slows to a crawl for easy landings. The included ducted fan is a new design and when paired with a brushless motor (MJ20124), the thrust is terrific. Handlaunch is very easy, just a gentle toss. All hollow molded foam construction with a toughened external layer to resist dings, the areas of the model that come in contact with the ground are covered in a tough plastic for wear. Construction is simple, but more involved than some of the other Alfa models. You glue the wings, tail and battery tray in place and install your radio system and servos. The ducting is smooth and beautifully pre-done; the battery and radio hatch is pre-cut with the latch installed. Includes waterslide decals for a Soviet or Czech version as well as a packet of glue to aid in placing the decals. Controls are Aileron, Elevator and Throttle.

25-1/2" wingspan, 30-1/4" long, 165 sq. in. wing area, 14 oz. flying weight. All molded high-density bead foam airframe with carbon reinforcements. Spectacular flyer with the recommend components . Carbon reinforced wing and tail for great strength. Thin airfoil for speed, yet it lands slowly. Servo protectors keep gears from stripping in the aileron servos. Good photo illustrated step-by-step instructions. The speed is impressive and the control response immediate; climbs are near vertical and the roll rate is blindingly fast. Lynx-XF is easy to launch and fly. Good for the pilot who is comfortable with ailerons and has the need for speed. Flies 70-80 mph with the recommended LittleScreamers motor and 56mm fan. For 3-channel control: Aileron (2 servos), Elevator and Throttle.

RICCS "Mirage 2000" Brushless RTF Ducted Fan Jet

25" wingspan, 38-1/4" long, 19 oz. flying weight. All molded bead foam construction, pre-painted with electronics pre-installed. The radio is a 4-channel 72 MHz transmitter with a 6-channel receiver. Three pre-wired 9-gram servos control the elevons and the steerable nose wheel, which is pre-installed. Assembly is quick; the main wings are "keyed" to the fuselage for perfect fit and must be glued with epoxy. 20 amp speed control and ducted fan unit with powerful inrunner brushless motor is pre-installed and ready to run. Power is supplied from the included 3-cell Lipoly battery. A dedicated wall plug-in Lithium battery charger is included for charging at home (for quick field charging order ETC2500, available separately). The tricycle landing gear provides good ground handling; takeoffs from a smooth surface are quick. Mirage is a smooth performing aircraft, rolls are axial, inverted flight is easy and the flight speed is moderate. The delta wing will slow down well for landing and still remain very stable. Flight times are in excess of 10 minutes.
